Ans.This depends upon the flow at which members joins the platform. You can join and get paid same within a week. Usually, it is on or before 3 days.

Q. How Do I Receive My Payment?
Ans.Once you have provided help (PH) and have been confirmed by the recipient, then you are liable to get help (GH) from those the system assigned to pay you. Normally, payment is usually through bank payment, transfer or by cash
Q.What is the difference between the Plans?
Ans.The different packages are designed to help our members choose their PH capacity and to contain them in the system. Return on investment remains same, i.e 50% for all packages. The only difference might be in member’s capital input.
Q.I HAVE PROVIDED HELP BUT THE RECIPIENT HAS NOT APPROVED IT?
Ans.The system is timed, which the recipient of the donation should be notified to approve your payment. If the timer reaches “0” and the payment have not been confirmed, you will need to contact support with proof of donation, i.e., a scanned copy of the teller or the Transaction details made through the payment processor. Simply upload the document and send it to email@example.com for further investigation by the support team. But until then, your case resides in Chestcrest court!.
Q.HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
Ans. There are three ways at which one can participate;
It is suggested that, upon invitation to join, you must have a valid email account, phone number and correct bank details. On successful registration, SMS and Email message will be sent containing your ID , password and pin.. The password and username are subject to change when logged in.
The referral link is the invite’s analogue, but it is more convenient to attract new members through the Internet (Facebook, Twitter etc.). A person coming to the system through your referral link will be automatically redirected to Chestcrest registration page. After registering he/she is expected to provide help by choosing his/her choice of donation package in the options available in the site. A token fee of 5% on PH bonus is added to your profile which cashable when it gets to 10000.
In the event that you were not invited by anyone, then you can join by going to https://www.chestcrest.com and click on register. You will be systematically referred directly by the Administrator and the system will automatically assign you to a member.
Q.IF THE PERSON ASSIGNED TO PAY ME DIDNT PAY, WHAT NEXT?
Ans.As long as you have been matched before, the system will remove the referral and assign another immediately after the referral exceed his commitment time which is usually 24 Hours.
Q.Who is eligible to Join Chestcrest?
Ans.There is no age and gender barrier in joining Chrestcrest. Equal benefits and donations are assigned to all and sundry
Q.Can I have multiple Account?
Ans.Yes. But the system will require additional username and email for confirmation. Bank details, Names and mobile numbers can not be the same. Please take note!
Q.HOW MANY TIMES AM I ALLOWED TO PROVIDE HELP AND GET HELP?
Ans. The number is unlimited. You can get help as many times as you like. Each time you get complete assistance a loop is created. The loop ends when you receive assistance. You can create as many loops as you like.
Q.HOW DO I SEE MY GH AMOUNT IN NAIRA WHEN SOMEONE IS MATCHED TO PAY ME?
Ans: As soon as you login to your account, look downward on the bullet dashboard where you have provide help. Normally, the amount will display in BTC format. E.g BTC 16.04840198, and not in naira. Click on ‘detail’ and the site loads up and take you to another page. On the new page again, click on detail and the GH amount will be displayed in naira.
Q.HOW DO I FIND THE ACCOUNT NUMBER OF THE PERSON I’VE BEEN MATCHED TO PAY?
Ans. As soon as you are logged in and discover that you’ve been paired to provide help, the person’s username and phone number will be seen only. To view his/her account details, click on “pay now” beneath where you’re seeing the person’s username and phone number. In a situation where the person’s account detail is empty, then know that the person did not put his/her account details.
